Trash Can Brace
We have a EKO EcoCasa II for a kitchen trash can. It works great except for one problem. Its step mechanism is too well built, so when our youngest son decided to step on the step AND hold the lid shut, the top promptly separated off. So to fix that, I designed the following brackets. They serve double duty of keeping the bin functioning and also keeping the trash can from colliding with the outlet above it.
