Fried dough – full recipe
Pretzel – 1/2 recipe
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1/4 cup veg oil
6-7 cups flour

In large bowl
Sprinkle yeast over water
Let sit 5mins
Stir in oil and 1/2 flour mix until smooth
Stir in flour to form a dough
Put on lightly floured board
Knead gently, oil bowl
Cover bowl with plastic wrap
Put in warm place
